We are concluding another fantastic and stellar year of Walker's AFC East picks. With three division teams sitting home after this week, the AFC East blog decided to make this the final round of predictions.

Here are our final picks to wrap up the 2012 season:

New York Jets (6-9) at Buffalo Bills (5-10), Sunday at 1 p.m. ET

Skinny: Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez is 6-1 all-time against the Bills. I have a feeling that trend will stick in what might be Bills head coach Chan Gailey's last game.

Pick: Jets, 17-14

Miami Dolphins (7-8) at New England Patriots (11-4), Sunday at 4:25 p.m. ET

Skinny: The Patriots appear ready to play this one out regardless of what happens in the 1 p.m. games. That’s bad news for Miami.

Pick: Patriots, 31-17

Last week: 2-1

Overall: 39-11

Comment: Going for 40 or more wins before calling it a year.
