The New England Patriots are on a bye week. But your resident AFC East blogger is still getting a taste of wild-card weekend.
I am traveling to Houston this evening to cover Saturday's playoff game between the Cincinnati Bengals and Houston Texans. This will give me a chance to scout two playoff teams in the AFC bracket up-close and personal.
The Patriots will face the Texans on Jan. 13 at Gillette Stadium if Houston beats Cincinnati. If Houston loses, the Patriots will face the winner of Sunday's game between the Indianapolis Colts and Baltimore Ravens.
It should be an exciting weekend of postseason games.
