Here are the most interesting stories Tuesday in the AFC East:
  • Are New York Jets owner Woody Johnson's account of acquiring quarterback Tim Tebow revisionist history?
Morning take: Johnson is on the record last year saying you can’t have enough Tebow. His account now that “Tebowmania” was forced upon him does seem contradictory.
  • The wife of New England Patriots receiver Wes Welker apologizes for social media comments made toward Baltimore Ravens linebacker Ray Lewis.
Morning take: Last year it was Tom Brady's wife, this year is Welker's. All you can do is shake your head at these kind of things.
Morning take: Starks is a pending free agent so his price tag just went up. He’s had a good year and the Dolphins have to decide if they want to pay up to keep Starks long term.
  • The Buffalo Bills add three players to the Pro Bowl as alternates: safety Jairus Byrd, tailback C.J. Spiller and defensive tackle Kyle Williams.
Morning take: Byrd also is a free agent and is in a similar situation. Expect his price tag to rise for Buffalo.
