Here are the most interesting stories Thursday in the AFC East:
  • Former NFL receiver Terrell Owens is working out with New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady at USC. Is Owens angling for a job with the Patriots?
Morning take: I doubt it. New England could use a veteran wide receiver -- but the Chad Johnson experiment didn't go well, and I expect the Patriots to learn from that mistake.
  • Are the Buffalo Bills rebuilding in 2013?
Morning take: I like to say they're a team in transition. Any time you have a new head coach, new offensive coordinator, new defensive coordinator and new quarterback, it will take time to get on the same page.
Morning take: The Jets have a lot of needs -- so chances are they can get both. The draft is the best way for the salary-cap-strapped franchise to improve the roster this year.
Morning take: The Dolphins have more than enough receivers. When Davone Bess is fourth on the depth chart, it's a deep group.
