In an Insider piece, ESPN’s playoff predictorInsider sees the Broncos registering another 13-3 season in 2013. Meanwhile, Las Vegas believes the Broncos are an early favorite for next year’s Super Bowl.

The NFL waiver season has begun. It is of note in the AFC West because the Chiefs have the top claiming priority in the NFL.

The Baltimore Sun is reporting former Minnesota defensive back Husain Abdullah will work out for Kansas City soon. He has solid NFL experience.

Guard Walt Sweeney, who played for the Chargers from 1963-73, died at the age of 71.
