Boston Celtics coach Doc Rivers told reporters in New Orleans that center Kevin Garnett will be back in the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Hornets.

Garnett sat out the last two games due to both a left thigh injury and the flu. Rivers had downplayed the severity of the injury and noted that he would have played in Monday's game if not for the illness.
