In less than two weeks, the ESPN Boston team will travel to Indianapolis for the annual scouting combine, an opportunity to familiarize ourselves with some of the best draft prospects that could be future Patriots.

We won't be the only New Englanders to make the trip, however, as the NFL has announced the 333 participants in this year's event, which includes nine local prospects, highlighted below:

Offensive lineman Emmett Cleary, Boston College
Defensive back Dwayne Gratz, Connecticut
Offensive lineman Stephane Milhim, UMass
Linebacker Sio Moore, Connecticut
Tight end Chris Pantale, Boston College

Defensive lineman Jared Smith, New Hampshire
Offensive lineman John Wetzel, Boston College
Defensive lineman Trevardo Williams, Connecticut
Defensive back Blidi Wreh-Wilson, Connecticut

Looking forward to learning more about these and many more players.
