IRVING, Texas – For the first time since spraining his left foot, DeMarco Murray has not been ruled out by the Dallas Cowboys.

Despite not practicing during the week, Murray is listed as doubtful for Sunday's game against Cleveland. Murray has missed the last four games with the foot injury.

Murray was able to do more on-field rehab work this week but he has not practiced since suffering the injury on Oct. 14 at Baltimore.

Murray said earlier in the week this is the best his foot has felt since getting hurt, but the Cowboys want to make sure he is healthy enough to where he would not suffer a setback once he returns to game action.

Coach Jason Garrett said Murray would not need a lot of practice to play but with a quick turnaround before the Thanksgiving game against Washington it is unlikely he would play against the Browns.

Felix Jones would start for the fifth straight week if Murray is out. He is coming off a 71-yard rushing effort against Philadelphia, his highest total since taking over for Murray.

Ryan Cook (knee) and cornerback Mike Jenkins (back) are also doubtful after not practicing this week. Mackenzy Bernadeau would start at center if Cook cannot return.

Nose tackle Jay Ratliff (ankle), linebacker Dan Connor (neck), tight end John Phillips (ankle) and fullback Lawrence Vickers (knee) are probable.

Center Phil Costa (ankle), defensive end Sean Lissemore (ankle) and safety Matt Johnson (hamstring) are out.
