Which players, coaches and front office personnel stood out -- and which ones didn't -- for the 2012 Dallas Cowboys?

Calvin ranks DeMarcus Ware No. 1, which is hard to argue even though Ware didn't have a vintage season. His No. 2 is linebacker Sean Lee, who was brilliant enough in six games to warrant the spot in spite of missing the final 10 due to injury. And his No. 3 is quarterback Tony Romo, with whom I know some people are upset this week.
Personally, I think Anthony Spencer should be higher than seven, but these are Calvin's rankings and you may feel free to let him and me know what you think.
