Practice report: Phillips on field

November, 19, 2012
EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- Safety Kenny Phillips was on the field and practicing with teammates during the media portion of practice on Monday.

Running back Ahmad Bradshaw and guard Chris Snee also were on the field and working.

However, wide receiver Domenik Hixon, who injured his ankle against Cincinnati, watched practice. Linebacker Keith Rivers, who was inactive against Cincinnati with a calf injury, was not on the field during the media portion of practice.

Also, linebacker Jacquian Williams, who has been out for the last four games with a knee injury, appeared to be doing some light work on the side.

Head coach Tom Coughlin will update the media on practice later today.

The Giants' plan was to keep Phillips out through the bye week in hopes of having him back against Green Bay on Sunday. Phillips has missed the last six games with an MCL injury.
