EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- Giants center David Baas (shoulder) and safety Kenny Phillips (knee) did not practice Thursday.

Baas dealt with ankle and elbow issues last week but the shoulder issue is new. Phillips, who aggravated his knee Sunday night against Green Bay, has said he'll play Monday night against the Redskins, and Giants coach Tom Coughlin said he hopes Phillips practices Friday.

Running back Ahmad Bradshaw (foot) did not practice as part of his once a week schedule, and neither did offensive lineman David Diehl (shoulder).

On a positive note for the Giants, linebacker Jacquian Williams (knee) was limited as well as receiver Domenik Hixon (ankle). Williams has missed the past five games with his knee injury while Hixon was inactive against Green Bay with his ankle issues. Cornerback Jayron Hosley (shoulder) was limited, which was a surprise as he wasn't on the pre-practice injury report distributed by the team.
