Giant five: Highest base salaries

This week we are rolling out some Giants top five lists.

Yesterday, we took a look at five Giants leaders who need to lead the way for Tom Coughlin. Today, we take a look at the five biggest contracts on the roster.

The Giants are projected to be $4.7 million over the cap in 2013 according to John Clayton’s numbers. Clayton says the Giants will carry over $1 million.

So here are the top five Giants’ base salary numbers for 2013:

QB Eli Manning, $13.0 million

CB Corey Webster, $7.00 million (final year of deal)

S Antrel Rolle, $7.00 million

RG Chris Snee, $6.45 million

DT Chris Canty, $6.25 million
