Welcome to Day Four of training camp.

Today, the Giants are expected to go from working in shells to shoulder pads. The Giants will have the day off on Wednesday before working in full pads on Thursday. Tom Coughlin and his coaches are eager to see how the players will perform in full pads.

In case you missed it: It was the Rueben Randle show in practice Monday. Here are the details.

Justin Pugh is competing with David Diehl for the right tackle spot. He's also trying to learn as much as he can from the veteran as well.

Hakeem Nicks was limited in practice on Monday and Coughlin would like to see his top wide receiver get more work in.

Defensive line coach Robert Nunn gave a state of the defensive line to reporters. He likes what he has seen from Justin Tuck, Mathias Kiwanuka, Adrian Tracy and Marvin Austin.

Rookie defensive end Damontre Moore has had an impressive start to camp.

Cullen Jenkins hopes to make a big splash with his new team.

And finally, our friend Dan Graziano explores whether the Giants will be able to stop the run this season.

The 411: Practice is from 1:30-3:45 p.m. The linebackers unit will sign autographs after practice (sorry, I had the wrong unit signing yesterday, but it was wide receivers on Monday, linebackers on Tuesday.).
