The New England Patriots scored 49 points in a blowout win over the New York Jets in Week 12. Meanwhile, the Miami Dolphins needed a late field goal to barely edge the Seattle Seahawks, 24-21.

Judging by the score, you would think Patriots quarterback Tom Brady once again led the AFC East in Total Quarterback Rating this week, but that wasn’t the case.

Miami rookie quarterback Ryan Tannehill's clutch, come-from-behind performance earned him the highest QBR (88.9) in the division and the second highest in the NFL.
