Playing career: He was a linebacker for Green Bay from 1984-88. He was a fourth-round pick out of the University of Connecticut.

Known for: An experienced, trusted NFL scouting eye.

Reasons to be excited: He should be the perfect right-hand man for new Kansas City coach Andy Reid. They are close friends and there is a total trust factor there.

Reasons to be worried: Perhaps Reid will not fully allow Dorsey to do his job. I don’t think that will be the case, however. This pairing should work well together.
