Since we've already looked at the highest 2013 salary-cap numbers for each position in the AFC North, here are the lowest salary-cap numbers for projected starters at those same positions in the division (excluding rookies). In terms of breakdown, the Cleveland Browns had the most players on this list with nine, and the Baltimore Ravens had the fewest with four.

OFFENSE

Quarterback: Andy Dalton, Cincinnati Bengals ($1.4 million)

Running back: Trent Richardson, Browns ($4.6 million)

Fullback: David Johnson, Pittsburgh Steelers ($630,000)

Wide receivers: Mohamed Sanu, Bengals ($630,813) and Greg Little, Browns ($907,500)

Tight end: Jordan Cameron, Browns ($674,350)

Left tackle: Marcus Gilbert, Steelers ($880,204)

Left guard: Jason Pinkston, Browns (602,000)

Center: Gino Gradkowski, Ravens ($601,106)

Right guard: Shawn Lauvao, Browns ($1.4 million)

Right tackle: Mike Adams, Steelers ($805,375)

DEFENSE

Defensive ends: Carlos Dunlap, Bengals ($1.4 million) and Chris Canty, Ravens ($1.5 million)

Defensive tackle: Geno Atkins, Bengals ($1.5 million)

Outside linebackers: Jason Worilds, Steelers ($985,000) and Jabaal Sheard, Browns ($1.3 million)

Inside linebackers: Vontaze Burfict, Bengals ($480,333) and Craig Robertson, Browns (480,000)

Cornerbacks: Cortez Allen, Steelers ($652,875) and Corey Graham, Ravens ($2.6 million)

Free safety: Tashaun Gipson, Browns ($480,000)

Strong safety: Taylor Mays, Bengals ($645,000)
