Stash up on the napkins; it’s chicken wing weekend. According to the National Chicken Council, Super Bowl weekend is the busiest time for these little critters. The council’s 2013 “Wing Report” says more than 1.23 billion wings will be eaten this weekend. The good news? Chicken wings are a good source of protein and actually also contain some potassium and iron. And if you want to score a touchdown with the health fairy, we suggest roasting or grilling the little guys rather than frying. Better yet, stick with the side of celery.
