Alexandria Harris feels right at home at Penn State

Alexandria Harris is a 6-foot-3 senior post player at Lorain (Ohio), the No. 46 prospect in the espnW HoopGurlz Top 100 for the 2013 class and a Penn State commit. In this edition of Meet The Prospects, she shares some of her secrets.

Nickname: Alex or Trill, which means true and real.

Pick a number: I wear jersey No. 11 because my birthday is the 11th of July.

Lion heart: I chose Penn State because I feel at home there, and they treated me like family from my first visit.

Other than basketball, what is your favorite hobby? Making music.

If you could go one-on-one with anyone, who would it be? Michael Jordan. He's the best and I want to go against the best of the best.

Who is your role model? My mother and my sister because they are my biggest supporters.

What is the most important thing basketball fans should know about you? That none of my success would have been possible without my teammates.

What is your favorite basketball moment so far? The last pregame warm-up of my senior year in high school.
