Buzz That Was: 'Stay classy' moves
In case you were too busy planning your Kardashian-themed Christmas card and missed out on sports, we've got you covered. Here's everything you missed last night:
The ultimate act of treason
After hearing 10,000 reports over the past month about the New York Yankees looking to cut costs and not make any major deals, the team apparently decided to pool up some pennies and sign center-fielder Jacoby Ellsbury to a seven-year, $153 million deal. Their definition of downsizing is slightly different than mine.

Somewhere out there, probably at Jay-Z's birthday party at the 40/40 Club, Robinson Cano is making his 15th request to hear Monica's "Don't Take It Personal (Just One of Dem Days)."
Ellsbury, who was with the rival Boston Red Sox since 2007, decided to commit the ultimate act of treason by signing with the arch-nemesis Yankees. Fans across New England – and those in other parts of the country that jumped on the BoSox bandwagon in September – were supportive and encouraging of Ellsbury's decision. While the vast majority of the fan tweets were inappropriate ("Jacoby is such a wicked [insert favorite derogatory word here]") and included PhotoShopped images of anatomical additions, Lil Wayne had one of the only acceptable posts:

You're losing your edge, Weezy.
Dance, dance, dance!
Last month, the delightful young Detroit Pistons fan and arena usher won over the jaded, cynical hearts of America with their impromptu JumboTron dance-off:
On Tuesday night, the two continued their adorable rivalry on "Jimmy Kimmel Live":
If Hollywood hasn't launched a sitcom around these two by the end of the week, I'll be shocked. Before you dismiss this idea, remember "Dads" got picked up for a full season on FOX.
Can't we all just watch some football?
Reigning PGA Championship winner, viral meme sensation and avid Auburn fan Jason Dufner wants to watch his beloved Tigers play in the SEC Championship game Saturday. Unlike most of his fellow fans, however, Dufner had to check in with Tiger Woods for permission. With the World Challenge event happening at the same time as the game, Dufner was hoping the aptly named Tiger could pull some strings and change the format:
@JasonDufner Petition denied.— Tiger Woods (@TigerWoods) December 3, 2013
So, that's a no? Way to have some fun with that response, Tiger. But Dufner didn't take the answer lying, er, awkwardly slumping down, and quickly came up with a back-up plan.
The always-entertaining John Daly then did him one better and offered to play Dufner's round for him Saturday.
Dufner apparently didn't respond to the offer. Apparently, he's not that desperate to watch the game.
Stay classy, 'SportsCenter'
In a sneak preview for Thursday's much-hyped "SportsCenter" show featuring Ron Burgundy and Champ Kind,
Will Ferrell Ron interviewed Denver Broncos QB Peyton Manning. If you've ever thought to yourself. "Gosh, Peyton does look like a succulent baby lamb," or just enjoy making fun of his brother Eli, this is definitely the clip for you.
