Women's college basketball: No. 16 Florida State hosts No. 22 Miami tonight, hoping to halt the Hurricanes' 17-game winning streak. Miami is a perfect 4-0 in ACC play and have lost just once all year, a 99-85 defeat at the hands of Nebraska back in November. The Seminoles bounced back from a loss to Duke to beat Clemson last Thursday behind 21 points from Courtney Ward.

Men's college basketball: The second-ranked Pittsburgh Panthers are off to their fastest conference start in team history and they'll try to keep the good times rolling tonight when they welcome No. 14 Notre Dame to town. The Panthers have won nine straight and are a sparkling 7-0 in the Big East, while the Irish are still looking for their first conference road win.

NBA: The 28-15 Thunder visit the 29-16 Hornets, hoping to halt the home team's nine-game win streak. Oklahoma City emerged victorious in the teams' previous two meetings this year and the last four meetings overall, but they've lost two of their last three games heading into tonight's contest with New Orleans. The same New Orleans team who snapped the league-leading Spurs' eight-game win streak on Saturday. San Antonio will try to start a new streak against the Warriors, losers of their last ten meetings with the Spurs. The Knicks looked like world-beaters earlier this year, but tonight they could drop to .500 for the first time since Nov. 28. Amare Stoudamire and company have dropped six straight games, but they've got a shot to snap that skid against a Wizards team that hasn't won a road game all season.

Australian Open: Roger Federer and Stanislas Wawrinka meet in the quarterfinals Down Under, while Caroline Wozniacki and Francesca Schiavone battle it out on the women's side.
