The franchise played in Vancouver, British Columbia, from 1995 to 2001 before moving to Memphis. According to the arena website, it also is the first in the NBA to have "see through" shot clocks, allowing fans behind the baskets to see play without the clocks blocking their view. FedExForum also is home to the University of Memphis Tigers.
