NEW YORK -- Earl Brown scored 19 points and pulled down 12 boards to help St. Francis (Pa.) snap an eight-game losing streak and win just its second game of the season, edging St. Francis Brooklyn 64-61 Saturday.

Ollie Jackson added 14 points and Tony Peters chipped in 13 for the Red Flash.

The Terriers (9-12, 5-5 Northeast Conference) led 56-55 with 3:20 left to play before Jackson and Peters combined to score the Red Flash's next six points. The Terriers missed three layups and a 3-pointer during the spurt and did not score again until Jalen Cannon's layup with 22 seconds showing.

The Red Flash (2-19, 2-8) shot 55 percent (24 of 44), their second best output this season, and held the Terriers to 38 percent (22 of 58).
