MOSCOW, Idaho -- Kareem Jamar scored 26 points and grabbed eight rebounds as Montana came from behind in the final seconds to beat Idaho 72-71 on Saturday.

Jordan Gregory added 19 points and four steals for Montana.

Idaho led 35-23 at halftime but the Grizzlies (5-4) battled to close the gap in the second. Jamar hit a layup, a 3-pointer, and a free throw in less than a minute to help bring Montana to within six at 15:21. With 13 seconds left to play and the Vandals holding a three-point advantage, Jamar went to the line twice and hit all four free-throw attempts to give the Grizzlies their first lead of the game and the win.

The Vandals (6-8) had 17 turnovers, including eight steals by the Grizzlies. Idaho's leading scorer was Stephen Madison with 35 points. Madison grabbed 10 rebounds as did Bira Seck, who scored 10 points. Glen Dean scored 12.
