TEANECK, N.J. -- Malachi Nix sank two free throws with 4 seconds left to lift Fairleigh Dickinson over St. Francis (NY) 86-85 on Thursday.

Mustafaa Jones buried a trey for FDU, then Sidney Sanders' layup cut the lead to one with 47 seconds left. Sanders missed a layup on the next possession, but St. Francis' Sheldon Hagigal missed a pair of free throws and fouled Nix to set up the deciding free throws.

Nix finished with four points, all from the line.
