FARGO, N.D. -- TrayVonn Wright had 15 points Saturday, and North Dakota State took sole possession of the Summit League's top spot with a 69-58 over Indiana-Purdue-Fort Wayne.

Fort Wayne trailed the entire game, but closed to within 64-58 with 2 minutes left.

Lawrence Alexander gathered his own miss for the Bison after a scoreless minute, and NDSU made 5 of 6 free throws in the final minute to seal the win.

Kory Brown had a big tip-in for NDSU with 3:15 left and threw a cross-court pass to Wright for a one-handed dunk that extended NDSU's lead to 64-56 with 2:12 left.

Brown had a career-high 13 points for NDSU (18-6, 7-2), which avenged an 11-point loss earlier in the season at Fort Wayne.

Steve Forbes had 17 points and Luis Jacobo added 12 as Fort Wayne (18-8, 6-3) dropped a game behind NDSU to a second-place tie with South Dakota State.
