ASHWAUBENON, Wis. -- Keifer Sykes scored 17 points and Vincent Garrett added 16 as Green Bay cruised in the second half to beat Tennessee Tech 76-49 Tuesday night.

The Phoenix (7-3) shot 51.9 percent from the field and had three players score in double figures, with Alec Brown chipping in 15 points.

After leading 34-28 at the break, Green Bay broke the game open with a 27-2 run to open the second half for a 31-point lead at the 9:23 mark. A layup by Sykes ignited the run and Garrett contributed nine points in that surge, including a 3-pointer to grab a double-digit lead.

Tennessee Tech (6-7) went cold, making just one field goal in the opening 11 minutes of the second half and committing 10 turnovers during the stretch. Ammanuel Diressa ended the drought, hitting a jumper with 8:49 left.
