CHICAGO -- Jordan Aaron scored 18 points to lead the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee to a 67-63 come-from-behind win over University of Illinois-Chicago on Thursday night.

Milwaukee (13-6, 3-2 Horizon League) took its first lead of the game on an 11-2 run midway through the second half that included a trio of 3-pointers, making it 48-47, then regained the advantage on a pair of Aaron free throws with five minutes to play and held off Chicago down the stretch.

Matt Tiby contributed 13 points, Cody Wichmann added 11 and Steve McWhorter had 10 for the Panthers, who shot 43 percent from the field and had five fewer turnovers.

The Flames (5-13, 0-4) dominated the first half, taking a 36-23 lead into the break but couldn't contain Milwaukee in the second half.

Brown led Chicago with 18 points, while Jake Wiegand added 14 points and nine rebounds.
