KALAMAZOO, Mich. -- Anthony Henderson scored a career-high 27 points, including seven 3-pointers, to lead Bowling Green to a 69-64 comeback win over Western Michigan on Sunday.

Trailing 39-27 at the break, Bowling Green (8-9, 2-2 Mid-American Conference) narrowed the gap midway through the second half and then retook the lead on a Jehvon Clarke 3-pointer that made it 65-64 with 1:33 to play and held Western Michigan scoreless down the stretch. Henderson hit a layup with 15 seconds to go and Richaun Holmes put the game out of reach with a pair of throws.

Spencer Parker contributed 13 points, Clarke added 12 and Holmes had 10 for the Falcons, who shot 40 percent from the field in their first conference road win.

David Brown led Western Michigan (9-7, 2-2) with 21 points, while Shayne Whittington contributed 18 points and eight rebounds.
