Nick Kellogg had a ball knocked out of bounds off his leg with 16 seconds left and Ohio leading 83-81, setting up an opportunity for Toledo. Brown's jumper with 10 seconds left tied it, and Taylor's buzzer-beater attempt missed.
Ndour added 12 rebounds, while Kellogg had 18 points and nine assists.
