From Elias: The last time Rutgers shutout a single opponent in 3+ straight games was when the Scarlet Knights shutout Columbia in 3 straight games between Oct. 25, 1975 - Oct. 28, 1978.
Rutgers has recorded a shutout win in 12 games since 2000, with 3 of those 12 coming against Norfolk State, including today's 38-0 victory.
In that timeframe, the Scarlet Knights have not shutout another opponent more than once.
